Daisy

Welcome home Daisy! Our newest addition. We rescued her from the New Haven Animal Shelter on Friday 10-9-09. Lori actually went to see a different "puppy" but when I showed her Daisy, well... Not that any animal belongs in a shelter, Daisy definitely was not meant to be there. She was by far the sweetest of the lot with not a peep out of her through all the growls and barks. It turns out that she is already house broken, obeys very well, loves our kids & cat (although the feeling might not be so mutual for our cat)! It was very sad to see so many animals abandoned. We are not flag waving advocates for pet shelters, but if you are looking for a pet I strongly suggest you at least visit your local shelter and take a look. Who knows, you just might find a "Daisy" in the bunch.
