Gonzo Breakfast !!!

Now come on, tell me this does not bear a resembalance to "Gonzo" of Sesame Street (or at least his long lost cousin)! The story behind it? I was on my way to an early morning shoot and needed a quick bite so I hastily cooked up the egg whites, flipped them onto a plate added the bagels and voila... Gonzo breakfast!
